Meet Marianne
Marianne Mitchell is deeply committed to cultural healing, Earth reconnection, and serving others to access authenticity, intuition and spiritual essence. She lives and teaches weaving ceremony and ritual in our every day lives as acts of devotion and spiritual connection. She deeply honors the Divinity that expresses as All and embodies life as a living prayer. She seamlessly weaves between the seen and the unseen worlds, dipping into her immense toolkit of modalities and listens to soul wisdom with the inner ear while holding a deep space of healing and revelation. She is a mama, seer, priestess and rooted ceremonialist who nourishes community connections, deep nature connection, ancestral healing and intuitive awareness. She is a student of plant medicine spirits, star beings, the Earth and her baby girl.
She is a trained spiritual counselor, energy medicine practitioner and guide in the realm of women’s mysteries and rites of passage. Marianne weaves over 15 years of training and immersion in diverse healing arts to support individuals and groups to remember more fully who they are. Marianne has been leading groups, classes, retreats and trainings since 2010. She has led hundreds of circles and community ceremonies for over 12 years.
She lives in traditional Cherokee lands known as Western North Carolina with her husband and daughter, 6 hens, vibrant plant life and feline familiar.
Meet Eric
Eric Lindstrom has been a student of sound for over twenty years, both as a performer and a seeker of knowledge. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in anthropology, specializing in Indigenous healing practices. As a certified sound healing practitioner and teacher for the internationally recognized Sound Healing Academy, Eric has had the opportunity to work with many different people. This has deepened his understanding of sound and its power to heal and influence.
Eric has travelled the world experiencing different cultural ways of seeing. This has brought many beautiful sounds into his life and a deep respect for tradition. He brings various cultural techniques and practices, such as pranayama, mantra chants, native prayer concepts, and mysticism, as well as contemporary methods for reducing the effects of stress and supporting one’s natural healing ability, to each session. The power of sound as a healing modality continues to grow and prove itself as an effective path to health and harmony.
Eric works with crystal singing bowls, drums, Native American flutes, gongs, tuning forks, rattles, Himalayan singing bowls, idiophones, chordophones, RAV drum, handpan, didgeridoo, voice, and other sound healing instruments from a variety of world cultures, to facilitate healing through intention, vibration, sound, and energy.
Science supports that all is vibration at the very foundations of existence. This has been known for thousands of years by spiritual communities such as Buddhists and appears in Vedic literature. Sound and Vibration, crafted intentionally and compassionately, can bring needed balance, nourishment and health.
It is Eric’s deep conviction to help bring harmony, balance, health and well-being to each individual and group he works with. By doing so, he hopes to help move the world towards a place of peace, equanimity and heart-centered compassion.
