We will craft a sonic tapestry exploring layers of gong, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more in an intuitive flow crafted to nourish and amplify the vibrational field of the group.

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and eye pillow if you have them. Mats, blankets and eye coverings will be available.
