From my heart, I am excited to offer this first Sacred Energy Circle in-person in 6 years.

This gathering will be small, word-of-mouth, circle to re-initiate this offering on a monthly basis at our new Sanctuary Studio.

Join me to step further out of time and collective constraints for an alchemical remembering, connection with your soul and higher wisdom, receiving the potent medicine of when-women-gather and allow a deep exhale from your bones and being.

This Circle invites us into contemplation and revealing from The Seeds of the Unharvested. Through Circle shares, soul-journey-activating breathwork and ritual craft, we will attune with what opens, in a re-generative way, from what doesn't get harvested. What can we receive from what we don't get to? What is a new form of completion by allowing a let-go? How can a sacred return look different from our expectations? What else can we shed in this season of bounty and fullness?

In addition, we will craft seed pouches to carry this wisdom with us forward into the harvest festival season to remind ourselves of what is offered and received when we do not force ourselves to accumulate just because something is there. Likely, we will also attend to the season of our life...begin to contemplate, what season am I in right now? Does my life feel like Spring, initiating and new beginnings? Is it Summer, fullness and expansion? Am I in Autumn, letting go and drawing in? Or Winter, am I fully inwards and listening deeply from that place?

Our time will be amplified with group breathwork and entrainment with one another and the field of highest possibility.
